Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for Fire Fighting, Electrical, and MEP projects.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions.
- Perform quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Identify project risks and ensure timely tender submission.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project execution teams.




- Maintain tender documentation and estimation records.

Required Skills:
- Experience in Fire Fighting, Electrical, or MEP Estimation
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
- Tender documentation and bid preparation
- AutoCAD proficiency
- MS Excel and estimation tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation.

Experience in Fire Fighting, Electrical, or MEP projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
