Support the development and execution of the annual learning and development planaligned to business needs
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA)and translating requirements into effective learning solutions
- Implement and manage learning programsto achieve desired business outcomes
- Facilitate training sessions and workshopsfor employees and supervisory-level audiences
- Evaluate training effectivenessand drive continuous improvement through data and insights
- Analyze post-training reportsand recommend actionable improvements
- Collaborate with the LMS team to enhance Oracle Learning Cloudutilization and learner experience
- Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and consultants
- Lead or support L&D; and organizational development (OD) projects, including change initiatives
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and adhere to all physical and digital security practices




- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field:
- 6+ years of experiencein Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (or similar LMS platforms):
- Robust experience in training facilitation, program implementation, and learning evaluation:
- Familiarity with training needs analysis and learning effectiveness frameworks:
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organizationpreferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word):
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills:
- Exposure to organizational development or change management initiativesis a plus
