Job Title &Responsibilities;:
- Store Executive
- Inventory management: Overseeing and tracking inventory levels, conducting physical counts and audits, and maintaining accurate records.
- Logistics and receiving: Receiving and inspecting all incoming deliveries, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and handling any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Stock organization: Arranging and storing materials in designated locations, optimizing space, and ensuring stock is properly labeled and easy to access.
- Dispatch and issuance: Issuing materials to internal departments based on indents or requisitions, checking them for correctness, and packing items for shipment.
- Operational oversight: Managing daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow,



and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and store area.
- Compliance and safety: Implementing and maintaining safety and security procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of Minimum Stock level
- Knowledge of QMS documentation
- Knowledge of FIFO

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12TH passed is required.
- Minimum 2+ years of Experience is required in store, preferably in manufacturing Industry.
