Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for both the retail store and production unit.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
- Perform bank, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and Income Tax-related documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory and stock records across the retail store and production unit.
- Coordinate with store and production teams to maintain accurate inventory valuation and production cost records.

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.




- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and/or Odoo ERP.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
