Job Description - Staff Nurse (IVF Center)

Position: Staff Nurse - IVF Center Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Location: Andheri West Department: Clinical

Key Responsibilities
- Assist fertility specialists during IVF, IUI, and other reproductive procedures.
- Provide pre
- and post-procedure nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patients as per protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment plans and medication schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare staff.
- Ensure infection control and quality standards are maintained.
- Handle patient queries and provide emotional support throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM qualification with valid nursing registration.




- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (IVF experience preferred).
- Knowledge of fertility treatments, patient care, and medication administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in IVF, gynecology, or obstetrics departments.
- Familiarity with ultrasound assistance and operation theatre protocols.
- Compassionate approach and patient-centered care.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
