LIVE Eye News Service Pvt. Ltd. (LENS) is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize website pages, product/feature pages, and landing pages for organic growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Drive qualified traffic toward free trials, product demos, lead forms, and software sign-ups.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and content performance.
- Analyze the complete acquisition funnel from visitor → lead → trial → paid customer.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Mix panel to understand user behaviour.
- Identify conversion drop-offs and recommend actionable improvements.
- Promote product features, customer use cases, industry insights, and company updates.




- Experiment with new channels and distribution strategies to increase brand awareness and qualified traffic.
- Build regular performance reports covering key SaaS growth metrics.
- Track and analyze trial-to-paid conversion, activation, churn, and campaign ROI.
- Translate marketing data into transparent insights and actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, software, or technology.
- Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels and metrics such as conversion rate, and churn.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and execute campaigns from planning through reporting.

Location:Lucknow
Hours: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Compensation:Competitive, based on your experience and skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
