Job Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial safety products. This role involves identifying current sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial safety products sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
