Perform accurate titration and two-phase titration methods to determine Active Matter (%) and Free Sulfuric Acid (%) in LABSA batches.
Test raw materials (LAB, Oleum, Sulfur) and finished product parameters including Viscosity, Color (Klett / Hazen scale), Moisture content, and Free LAB (unreacted matter).
Maintain accurate daily testing logbooks, prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) for dispatched goods, and maintain lab inventory reagents.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment (pH meters, titrators, Karl Fischer titrator, viscometers) and follow strict chemical safety norms.
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry (Industrial / Analytical Chemistry preferred) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Familiarity with lab instruments and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
