About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents.
- Help maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support the HR team in implementing company policies and maintaining compliance.

Administration
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and facility-related requirements.
- Assist in asset management and inventory tracking.
- Support office administration, housekeeping, and day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate courier services, stationery procurement, and office maintenance.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing (BBA, B.Com, B.A., MBA/PGDM in HR, or related field).




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
