Job Title: Social Media Marketer

- Key Responsibilities_
- Define and own the organization's end-to-end social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Build, scale, and manage the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging social platforms while driving measurable growth in audience, engagement, share of voice, and brand authority.
- Develop content strategies and editorial calendars that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution from strategic planning and creative ideation to publishing, optimization, budget management, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives through culture, leadership, employee advocacy, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, recruitment marketing, audience acquisition,



remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor social listening, audience sentiment, industry conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, mitigate reputational risks, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, and business teams to support branding, recruitment, and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging digital opportunities
- IT service and custom software development company experience is a must.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
