Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and match shades as per customer and production requirements.
- Handle shade matching for Screen Printing Inks and Pad Printing Inks.
- Develop and modify formulations for solvent-based printing inks.
- Conduct laboratory trials, colour matching trials, and production-scale trials.
- Perform shade correction and maintain batch-to-batch colour consistency.
- Work with pigments, resins, solvents, and additives for ink formulation.
- Conduct printing trials and evaluate ink performance.
- Test viscosity, gloss, adhesion, drying time, colour strength, and printability.
- Use Spectrophotometer / Colour Matching System for shade evaluation.
- Troubleshoot shade, formulation, and printing-related issues.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and QC teams.




- Maintain formulation, shade standards, trial, and testing records.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling solvents and chemicals.
