We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Structural Engineer/Supervisor specializing in Box Pushing Structures. This role focuses on the design, analysis, and detailing of rigid monolithic concrete frames used in culverts, tunnels, detention vaults, and underpasses — ensuring durability, compliance, and safety under extreme loads.

What You’ll Do (Assist)

Soil-Structure Interaction: Conduct soil-structure interaction studies, buoyancy checks, and finite element modelling for settlement and stability.

Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with AASHTO, ACI 318/350, ASTM, and local authority codes.

Collaboration: Work closely with geotechnical, civil, and utility engineers to deliver protected, durable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Graduate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.





Software Skills: Proficiency in SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RISA-3D, or LUSAS.

FEA Expertise: Experience with finite element analysis (plate and shell elements) is an added advantage.

CAD/BIM Knowledge: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit Structure.

Bridge Design: Understanding of bridge design specifications.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Concrete Detailing: Skilled in reinforced and prestressed concrete detailing.

Communication: Effective communicator and collaborator across disciplines.

Commitment to Safety: Passionate about safety, compliance, and long-term structural performance.

Pay: ₹14,052.28 - ₹40,496.47 per month
