Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries and student counseling sessions.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Explain courses, fee structures, and learning programs to students and parents.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams for lead management.
- Support digital marketing activities and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and student engagement activities.
- Manage front desk responsibilities and student coordination.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.




- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (mandatory).
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
- Qualified attitude and positive personality.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, telesales, customer service, or education industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours
- 6 Days Working
- 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
