Job Title: Lab Technician - Home Collection & Laboratory Operations

Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits in the morning for blood and other sample collections.
- Handle sample collection, labelling, storage, and transportation as per protocols.
- Process samples in the evening and assist with laboratory operations.
- Prepare accurate reports and ensure timely delivery to patients.
- Coordinate insurance health check-up visits and maintain required documentation.
- Manage home collection services for non-insurance clients.
- Coordinate with patients regarding appointments and sample collection.
- Promote laboratory services and develop contacts in nearby areas.
- Maintain cleanliness, quality standards, and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:




- DMLT / BMLT qualification preferred.
- Experience in pathology lab and home sample collection preferred.
- Positive communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to manage field visits independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Skills: Home Collection, Phlebotomy, Lab Testing, Patient Coordination, Documentation, Reporting, TPA/Insurance Coordination.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra
