About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Business Development:
- Manage the complete admissions process from enquiry to successful enrolment.
- Conduct counselling and consultation sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Present academic programmes, curriculum, fee structures, and training pathways.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.- Convert leads into admissions while maintaining a premium customer experience.

Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Ensure prompt communication and personalized support throughout the admissions journey.
- Foster trust and strengthen student commitment from the first interaction.

CRM & Admissions Operations:
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Track lead sources,



conversion rates, and admission pipelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly admissions reports.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and effective pipeline management.

Marketing & Student Engagement:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Support workshops, events, auditions, and admission campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide conversion feedback.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation for newly enrolled students.

Student Retention & Engagement:
- Minimize pre-enrolment drop-offs through proactive follow-ups.
- Monitor attendance and follow up on student absenteeism.
- Encourage student commitment, discipline, and regular participation.
- Support long-term student retention and referral generation.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Admissions, Education Counse
