About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven, high-energy Sales Executive to join the core team at Saphar Travels. In this role, you will be directly responsible for converting high-intent leads generated from our Meta Ad campaigns (Instagram/Facebook) and driving repeat bookings from our community of past travelers and referrals.

You will focus exclusively on our international group departures, delivering a consultative sales experience that converts inquiries into confirmed group bookings.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads Lead Conversion & Speed-to-Lead
- Rapid Response: Engage incoming Meta Ad leads via phone call and WhatsApp within minutes to maximize conversion rates.
- Pitching Group Departures: Confidently present trip itineraries, explain day-wise flows, group demographics, and package inclusions.
- Objection Handling & Closing: Address client queries regarding visas, room sharing, flight alignment, and booking terms to secure deposits smoothly.

Repeat & Referral Sales (Community Marketing)
- Database Engagement: Maintain active relationship-building with past travelers, sharing upcoming international group departures.
- Referral Drives: Leverage satisfied past guests to generate referral leads through word-of-mouth incentives and group booking discounts.

3. Pipeline & Payment Operations
- CRM & Follow-up Tracking: Maintain organized lead tracking, setting strict follow-up schedules for warm and cold leads.
- Booking & Financials: Collect booking deposits, issue receipts/invoices, and track balance payment schedules prior to trip departure dates.
- Pre-Departure Support: Assist travelers with pre-departure checklists, packing tips, and group group-chat onboarding.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in outbound international travel sales, ideally handling Meta/digital ad leads and fixed group departures.
