About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and organized HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, offering an opportunity to work across various stages of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Support offer rollout, pre-joining activities, and onboarding coordination.

HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data.
- Assist with HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support employee lifecycle activities and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to address routine HR queries and requirements.
- Ensure HR processes and records are maintained accurately and on time.





What We're Looking For
- 0-1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Willingness to learn and grow across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
