Role Summary: We are seeking a data-driven, creative Design Manager to lead the visual direction and user experience of our e-commerce platform. You will serve as the bridge between our Marketing and Development teams, ensuring that every design decision not only strengthens our brand identity but also drives measurable business results. You will own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from conceptualizing branding and graphic assets to prototyping high-fidelity interfaces in Figma and ensuring seamless hand-off to our developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion-First Design: Translate marketing objectives into intuitive, high-converting web layouts. Use analytics (e.g., heatmaps, bounce rates, session recordings) to identify friction points and propose design solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Development. Create and maintain a unified Design System in Figma that facilitates effective development hand-off and ensures pixel-perfect execution.
- Asset Management:



Oversee the creation of all graphic assets, ensuring they are optimized for web performance without compromising on luxury aesthetics.
- Iterative Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing on site components (CTAs, banners, checkout flow) and lead the team in optimizing the user journey.
- Responsive & Cross-Device Experience: Design and validate responsive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring a consistent and optimized shopping experience across all screen sizes. Prioritize mobile-first design principles, considering touch interactions, loading performance, and usability.
- Cross-Device Performance: Cross-Device UX Optimization Improve mobile conversion rate and reduce mobile bounce rate through optimized responsive design

Must-Have Requirements:
- Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma (component-based design, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to interpret data
