Role Overview

We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales of wallpapers across Indore. This is a target-driven, relationship-first role — you'll be meeting architects, interior designers, contractors, retail dealers, and direct customers to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers, dealers, architects, and interior designers within Indore to generate wallpaper sales leads
- Present and demonstrate the wallpaper product range (samples/catalogues) to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive field visits and follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and design professionals for repeat and referral business
- Handle price negotiations and close orders within company guidelines
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports (DSR) for management tracking
- Coordinate with the back-office/operations team for order processing,



delivery timelines, and after-sales support
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and pricing to identify new business opportunities
- Address customer queries and resolve basic complaints related to product or delivery

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome; prior field/direct sales experience is a plus
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license required (for local travel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with face-to-face client interactions
- Basic understanding of sales processes; willingness to learn product knowledge
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
