JOB TITLE : Assistant Store Keeper

Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock movement, tracking material receipts and dispatches, assisting in stock verification, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor daily stock movement and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO and LIFO inventory management methods.
- Verify material quantities received against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Record all goods received, issued, returned, or transferred.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory management systems.
- Track available stock and report shortages or excess inventory.





Required Skills:
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issue records.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Assist in monthly and annual stock audits.
- Ensure timely updating of inventory data in software or ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Robust knowledge of FIFO and LIFO inventory concepts.
- Ability to track material receipts, issues, and balances accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
