Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee day-to-day hospitality operations, ensure excellent guest/customer service, manage staff, maintain service standards, and achieve operational and business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily hospitality operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest/customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate hospitality staff.
- Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other operational activities as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, hygiene requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and operational costs.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Track daily operations, revenue, expenses, and other performance metrics.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the property/facility.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Develop initiatives to improve guest experience, service quality, and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, resort, club, or similar operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
