Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on RFQs and client requirements
- Review tender documents, specifications, and BOQs:
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations and technical inputs:
- Perform cost estimation and pricing for projects
- Prepare compliance statements and deviations:
- Support sales team during bid submission and negotiations:
- Maintain proposal documentation and records
- Ensure timely submission of proposals

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering:
- 2-6 years of experience in proposal engineering / estimation:
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, networking, and field instrumentation:
- Familiarity with EPC / industrial automation projects:
- Strong skills in Excel and documentation:
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in automation / process industry:
- Exposure to tendering portals and bidding process:
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, etc.)

Pay: ₹12,534.03 - ₹48,075.19 per month
