Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Generate new business opportunities through channel sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, product presentations, and training sessions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure effective lead conversion and customer support.
- Provide product updates and sales support to channel partners.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.




- Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Mandatory Requirement
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving licence.
