Handle website orders, customer communication, and B2C sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage website orders, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve targets.
- Manage confirmations, exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer/order details in CRM.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Positive Hindi communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and computer operations.
- Basic knowledge of fashion, garments, and fabrics.
- B2C, retail, or e-commerce experience preferred.
- Confident, responsible, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
