Job Overview

Narayanji Gajak Wale Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care & Order Management Executive to manage customer interactions and online orders received through our Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities

Attend incoming customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally and politely.

Handle and manage orders received through the Shopify website.

Contact customers for order confirmation and verification when required.

Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, prices, order status, delivery, and estimated delivery timelines.

Follow up on pending, cancelled, or problematic orders.

Handle enquiries related to bulk and wholesale orders.

Provide basic information about bulk order quantities, pricing, products, and the ordering process.





Understand bulk customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.

Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Ensure timely follow-up with customers and provide a smooth customer experience.

Coordinate with the order processing and dispatch teams whenever required.

Required Skills:
Excellent Hindi communication skills.

Basic English communication skills.

Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Polite, professional, and confident communication style.

Basic computer knowledge.

Basic knowledge of Shopify is preferred.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ability to accurately handle customer and order information.

Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and orders
