We are seeking a talented Exterior 3D Visualizer who can create stunning, photorealistic exterior visualizations that help clients visualize their future homes with exceptional realism and detail.

Position: Exterior 3D VisualizerExperience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Exterior Architectural Visualization (mandatory):
- Proven experience creating photorealistic residential villa and luxury home exteriors.
- Robust portfolio showcasing high-quality exterior renders is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Create ultra-realistic exterior 3D renders for residential projects.
- Develop architectural models from CAD drawings and architectural plans.
- Produce high-quality day, dusk, and night-time visualizations.
- Design realistic landscapes, site elements, vegetation, lighting, and surroundings.




- Create architectural walkthroughs and flythrough animations.
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to accurately represent design concepts.
- Ensure visualizations meet company quality standards and project timelines.
- Incorporate revisions and client feedback efficiently.

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in:
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- 3ds Max (preferred)
- Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of architectural design, materials, textures, and lighting.
- Ability to create realistic environments, landscaping, roads, water features, and atmospheric effects.
- Strong eye for composition, realism, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on luxury villas and premium residential projects.
- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced rendering workflows is an advantage.
