Job Title: Pharmacy In-Charge

*Salary & Advantages* : ₹20,000 - ₹26,000 (in-hand) + PF + Mediclaim

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Pharmacy In-Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain high standards of customer service. The role also includes limited field marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy

Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions

Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking

Handle billing, cash management, and record-keeping

Supervise and guide pharmacy staff

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Provide excellent customer service and address queries

Marketing Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach/marketing activities

Engage with local communities and promote pharmacy services

Perform marketing activities for 2 hours per day, 4 days a week

Work Schedule:
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 1 rotational day

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
