Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading center for infertility treatment. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to lead and coordinate operations within the Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and quality nursing care to patients
- Supervise medication administration and treatment procedures
- Monitor patient condition and ensure timely escalation to doctors
- Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, vitals, and treatment records
- Maintain infection control practices and aseptic techniques
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate resuscitation protocols
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year is mandatory
Required Skills:
- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent clinical assessment and emergency care knowledge.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality protocols is desirable.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience. Should be fixed at the time of interview
