Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
- Capture property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, client testimonials, team content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and color correction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative concepts and content calendars.
- Ensure all content aligns with Next Door Realty's brand identity and quality standards.
- Manage and organize video files and project assets efficiently.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Must own a professional camera suitable for commercial video production.




- Proficient in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Ability to produce high-quality, polished edits with strong storytelling, smooth transitions, color correction, audio balancing, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and cinematic shooting techniques.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
- Ability to travel across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai for property shoots.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle content.
- Basic photography skills are a plus.
