Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and functioning of the centre
- Supervise coaches, counsellors, mobilisers, and support staff
- Ensure achievement of student enrolment, training, and program targets

within specified timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry partners,

and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of all training activities and centre

operations
- Monitor program performance, student engagement, and training quality
- Handle escalations and operational challenges effectively
- Conduct regular review, feedback, and mentoring sessions with team

members and students
- Maintain employee motivation, teamwork, and a positive work culture
- Ensure proper implementation of organisational processes, policies, and





reporting systems
- Uphold the organisation’s values and maintain the reputation of the program
- Encourage an atmosphere of continuous learning and qualified

development within the centre
- Support outreach, mobilisation, and placement-related activities whenever

required
