Job Description - Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and responses to comments/messages
- Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns and monitor budgets
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments
- Plan and curate social media engagement strategies like contests, giveaways, festival offers etc.
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Must be camera-facing and comfortable presenting on-screen for reels, videos, and brand content




- Hands-on content creation for day-to-day shoots, both in-office and outdoor, including scripting, planning, and execution
- Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities such as outdoor shoots, on-ground campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Take complete ownership from planning and coordination to on-ground implementation and post-activity reporting

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, B.Com/BBA, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience in any company/marketing agency managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools
- Familiarity with scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Suite, Meta BM)
- Excellent copy/content writing skills is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple camp
