Role Description
- The CWM Governance Lead is responsible for establishing and managing the governance framework supporting Deutsche Bank's Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) programme.
- The role will ensure effective governance, oversight, transparency and decision-making across the contingent workforce ecosystem, including programme execution, operational performance, risk reporting, stakeholder engagement and regulatory readiness.
- Working across Procurement, HR, Risk, Legal, Tax, Technology and Business stakeholders, the Governance Lead will establish governance standards, coordinate senior forums, manage programme reporting, define performance measures, and support sustainable oversight of the contingent workforce operating model. The role will act as the central point of coordination for governance activities across the CWM programme and future business-as-usual organisation.

- Establish and maintain the governance framework supporting the end-to-end CWM programme and operating model.
- Define governance structures, decision-making authorities, escalation paths and stakeholder accountabilities.
- Ensure governance arrangements remain aligned to programme priorities, regulatory expectations and organisational objectives.
