. Key Responsibilities
- Itinerary Design: Create customized international and domestic tour packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a clean CRM database and follow up with past clients to build loyalty and secure repeat bookings.
- End-to-End Coordination: Guide clients through documentation, visa requirements, and payment processing, providing exceptional support until they return home.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a retail travel agency or tour operating company.
- Destination Knowledge: Solid geographical knowledge of popular global holiday destinations.
- Communication: Persuasive verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to close sales.
- Software: Familiarity with travel CRM software and basic holiday booking portals.

Pay: ₹9,944.90 - ₹39,988.26 per month
