Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and sales-related documentation.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics for shipment and dispatch planning.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Maintain accurate documentation of customer correspondence and sales transactions.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/SAP.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and order management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM (Sales & Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or Customer Support Executive in a manufacturing or industrial organization.
