Position: Senior E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business across Amazon Global Marketplaces (US, UK, UAE, Canada, Europe, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end marketplace operations including product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order management.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, traffic, and profitability.
- Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve organic rankings and product visibility.
- Analyze marketplace data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, marketing, design, and customer support.
- Manage marketplace compliance, account health, and performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior e-commerce executives and marketplace coordinators.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, performance dashboards,



and business forecasts.
- Identify new growth opportunities across international marketplaces and digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Robust hands-on experience with Amazon Global Marketplaces.
- Proven expertise in Amazon Ads, PPC Campaign Management, and Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of marketplace analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
- Certifications in Amazon Advertising, Digital M
