Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and present our SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition to customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1-4 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales,



or Technology Sales.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable traveling across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or LeadSquared is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
