Role Overview

Spazioliv is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Design Consultant with 2-3 years of experience in the interior industry.
Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales
- Meet and understand customer requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Conduct design consultations and space planning discussions.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional experience.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects.

Design & Space Planning
- Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior designs.
- Develop 2D layouts, 3D concepts, and client presentations.
- Recommend materials, finishes, furniture, and décor solutions.
- Ensure designs are practical and execution-ready.

Proposal & Closure Support
- Present design concepts and quotations.
- Handle design revisions and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with Closing Managers for deal closures.

Project Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, DQC, and Project Teams.




- Ensure smooth handover from design to execution.
- Maintain proper project documentation and CRM updates.

Revenue & Conversion
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain solid design-to-sales conversion ratio.

Customer Experience
- Deliver premium consultation experience.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

Design Quality
- Accurate and innovative design solutions.
- Minimal revisions and design errors.

Productivity
- Timely completion of design presentations.
- Consistent follow-up and lead management.Experience

2-3 years of experience in Interior Design Sales / Sales Design Consulting.

Experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or turnkey projects preferred.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 2020 Design (preferred)
- MS Office / CRM Tools
