Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for PCD Pharma Franchise business through tele-calling, online portals.
- Identify and appoint new PCD Pharma distributors and franchise partners across India.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Explain product features, pricing, promotional schemes, and company policies to customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts departments to ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification
- With excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in PCD Pharma or pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
