Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (VKIA)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Work Timings:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
Saturday: 09:30 AM - 02:00 PM

About the Company
Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (JGS) is an e-commerce Service Provider Network (SPN) managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart on behalf of client sellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle review calling with customers/sellers as part of daily operations
- Manage and coordinate other operational tasks assigned by the team
- Maintain accurate records and reports of calls and operational activities in Excel
- Prepare and update daily/weekly operational data sheets and trackers
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Work under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Use technology and AI tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow




- Escalate and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, calling, or coordination roles
- Comfortable and confident with calling (inbound/outbound)
- Valuable communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excel knowledge is mandatory (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering, formatting)
- Strong multitasking ability
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines
- Genuine interest in technology, with up-to-date knowledge of current tools and trends
- Confident, proactive, and self-driven attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
