We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to supervise our kitchen operations and lead the cooking team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise kitchen staff and manage daily food preparation.Prepare and oversee authentic Kerala dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
- Plan daily preparation and ensure timely service.
- Manage food stock, control wastage, and maintain inventory.
- Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with management regarding menu planning and customer feedback.
- Be actively involved in cooking whenever required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
