Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- OPERATIONAL Leadership

Lead and manage all logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

Ensure smooth execution of daily operations across all branches and locations.

Monitor key operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Supply Chain & Logistics Management;
- Optimize transportation routes, fleet utilization, and warehouse operations.

Improve delivery performance, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

Ensure effective inventory movement and order fulfillment.

Manage relationships with transporters, vendors, and third-party logistics partners.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor,



and develop operations managers and department heads.

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and efficiency.

Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.

Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.

Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.

Analyze profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.

Maintain workplace safety policies and operational risk controls.

Handle audits and ensure documentation is maintained accurately.

Customer & Business Growth:
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve customer experience.

Resolve major customer escalations and improve service levels.

Support expansion strategies, recent business initiatives, and operational scalability.
