Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating business opportunities, client communication, lead conversion,



program invitations, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Lead Management
- Communicate with potential clients through calls and explain company offerings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion.

Business Development & Sales
- Generate business opportunities through effective client engagement.
- Invite clients for Workshops, Foundation Programs, Transformation Programs, and online meetings.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Handle sales discussions and close deals confidently.
- Achieve assigned business targets through consistent efforts.

Client Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Maintain continuous follow-up with clients for meetings, programs, and business discussions.
