Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and pricing to achieve cost savings.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews and corrective actions.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and procurement automation.




- Resolve procurement-related issues affecting sales orders or customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification, payment processing, and budget control.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
