Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns and enquiries.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding quotations, project updates, and payment follow-ups.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM/database accurately.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and project teams to provide timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate technical issues to the relevant department.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback after project completion.
- Support sales and marketing activities whenever required.

Qualifications:




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
