About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and field sales teams.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and identifying recent market opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, OEMs, and strategic clients.
- Manage PAN India sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Develop sales forecasts, annual budgets, and business plans.
- Lead key account management and negotiate commercial agreements with major clients.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for successful product launches.




- Monitor sales KPIs, profitability, and team performance through regular business reviews.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

Required Experience
- 10-18 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Operations.
- Mandatory experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, or Medical Instruments industry.:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in handling distributor networks, institutional sales, and key account management.
- Strong exposure to hospital sales, channel sales, and B2B healthcare business.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be preferred.
