Role Summary

The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, developed, tested and implemented while maintaining appropriate operational, regulatory, risk, security and data privacy considerations.

Job Purpose:
To understand and analyse business requirements, document business processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and coordinate between business teams, IT, vendors and other stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions for the NBFC. The role also ensures that business, regulatory, risk, information security and data privacy requirements are appropriately considered.

6. Educational Qualification & Experience

Bachelor//'s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. Relevant experience in business analysis, financial services, NBFCs, banking, fintech or technology implementation is preferred.

Accuracy and completeness of requirements and functional documentation Timely delivery of BRD/FRD and other BA deliverables UAT quality and timely closure of defects Successful implementation of business requirements Stakeholder satisfaction Reduction of process gaps and recurring functional issues Compliance with internal controls, regulatory and documentation requirements.
