We are hiring for the position of Franchise Executive with Basic Home Loan (FinTech).

Job Details
- Position: Franchise Executive
- Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months
- CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (Fixed):
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of Sales or Field Sales experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Positive communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with field work and partner interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit and manage franchise partners.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Understand partner concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Provide timely support and ensure smooth partner engagement.
