Role description:
- Primary Skills:
- Test Automation & Manual Testing: Robust hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases.
- Automation Frameworks: Expertise in Playwright with TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
- API Testing: Proficient in API testing using Postman and Swagger, including validation, debugging, and automation of API workflows.
- Test Management: Solid understanding of Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, and Test Execution.
- Agile Methodology: Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- CI/CD Integration: Strong knowledge of integrating test automation within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Defect & Test Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking, reporting, and managing defects and test activities.
- Containerization: Good understanding of Docker and working in containerized environments.
- Version Control: Proficient in GitHub for source code management and collaboration.




- Database Testing: Experience in SQL and database validation using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based testing environments.

Secondary Skills:
- AI & Productivity Tools: Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and other agent-based tooling.

Good To have Skills:
- DevOps & Containerization Tools: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools supporting automated delivery pipelines.
- Domain: Experience in Financial / Banking domain, especially knowledge on ledger keeping and event driven transactions
