Job Title: Founder’s Office - Sales & Strategy
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Working Closely With: Founders

About the Role

This is not a typical sales or strategy role.

We are looking for someone who will build, drive, and own the entire sales engine across multiple business verticals — including SaaS products, digital platforms, and service-led businesses.

You will work directly with the founders to:
- Drive revenue
- Build scalable sales systems
- Solve high-impact business problems
- And convert ideas into execution

If you are looking for a structured 9-6 role, this is not for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own revenue targets across multiple business verticals
- Build and execute sales strategies from scratch:
- Design and optimize funnels, conversions, and pricing strategies:
- Track and improve numbers daily (leads, conversions, CAC, retention)
- Set up and manage sales systems (CRM, pipelines, reporting):
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations for growth alignment
- Identify bottlenecks and fix what’s breaking — rapid:




- Lead and eventually build a high-performance sales team

What We’re Looking For
- Strong bias towards numbers, revenue, and outcomes:
- Proven ability to sell, close, and convert:
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, conversion psychology, and GTM strategies:
- Experience or exposure to SaaS / CRM / HRMS / digital products / service businesses:
- Ability to operate in chaos, ambiguity, and high-pressure environments:
- Strong ownership mindset — no excuse culture:
- Strategic thinking + execution ability (not just ideas)
- Clear, sharp communication and decision-making ability
