The Lead Management SME is responsible for managing, analyzing, validating, and enriching customer and prospect data within TE Connectivity’s CRM and marketing automation systems. This role supports effective lead qualification, routing, segmentation, campaign performance reporting, and campaign-to-sales handoff. The SME will partner closely with global marketing and sales teams to ensure lead management processes are accurate, efficient, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Monitor lead follow-up SLAs and partner with sales stakeholders to ensure prospective and existing customer leads are actioned within established time frames.
- Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports on campaign performance, MQL progression, lead conversion, and other global marketing key performance indicators.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving lead quality, routing accuracy, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, presentations,



and recommendations for management by interpreting lead management data and business performance insights.
- Create and maintain marketing segments, classifications, and lists used for targeted campaigns and audience activation.
- Use first
- and third-party data to continuously validate, verify, and enrich customer, contact, and account profiles.
- Partner with marketing operations, sales operations, and campaign teams to improve CRM data quality, lead scoring, routing logic, and process documentation.

What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce CRM, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of B2B lead lifecycle management, MQL qualification, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign performance reporting.
